Progress update – March 2022
The retaining walls are nearly fully complete.
Excavation of the house piles has commenced with the timber piles being installed shortly.
Progress update.
The Bulk Excavation works commenced on Monday, 29th November 2021. The cuts for Retaining Walls to the three (3 No.) rear Townhouse Units 10, 11 and 12 have now been completed.
Retaining wall timber is currently awaiting delivery to site and construction shall commence very shortly.
This new Logistics Operations Centre in Nelson, was completed on 29th October 2021, within budget and completed within the original timeframe even with the challenges faced with Covid-19 Lockdowns and level 3 restrictions. Both Landlord and Tenant are extremely delighted with the final building.

Forme are proud to have been selected as Project and Cost Manager’s for the construction of a new Warehouse and Distribution Centre in Stoke, Nelson.
Construction commenced in January 2021 with completion expected October 2021.
Forme are pleased to announce the recently completed fitout of hudsons cafe at Coastlands Mall, Paraparaumu.
Recently completed fitout of Gre3n Juice Bar at Barrington.
Gre3n‘s unique design incorporated recycled material such as the table tops which were the jockey doors from Addington Raceway. The colours represent the jockey’s colours through the ages and were sanded and restored by the tenant. The timber shop front feature was also salvaged from buildings damaged in the Christchurch earthquake.
SBS Bank’s new branch opened on the corner of Grant Road and Main Street at Queenstown Central on 19th October.
This fitout is SBS’s first with their new rebranding and the result is striking.
Forme are pleased to announce the recently completed Macpac at 126 Trafalgar Street, Nelson.
This project comprised a full defit, the amalgamation of 3 tenancies followed by a completed fitout of a new and updated retail store.
