This new Logistics Operations Centre in Nelson, was completed on 29th October 2021, within budget and completed within the original timeframe even with the challenges faced with Covid-19 Lockdowns and level 3 restrictions.  Both Landlord and Tenant are extremely delighted with the final building



Project Management.  Design and build of a Childcare Centre “Best Start” at Papamoa Plaza. The project consisted of a  500m2 building, including classrooms, change rooms, a sleep room, WC facilities, Kitchen(s), resource rooms and a staff area, with a further 557m2 fenced off external playground area. 


Office Block

Project Management.   Design and Build of a 1000m2 Office Building at Papamoa Plaza.  The office building consists of 5 tenancies of varying sizes.



Project Management. Civil works including a new car parking area, the civils and infrastructure for the new Office Block and Childcare buildings together with the realignment of the McDonalds Drive Thru.


Ocean Blue Gym

This fitness and aquatic centre is part of the larger Papamoa Plaza project managed by Forme.  Forme managed the design team, consent process, tenancy coordination and contract administration process

Projects included a 400m2 extension for the weights area, new mechanical and fire systems, structural alterations, male/female amenities, reception, office facilities, boiler replacement complete with new gas supply, new consulting rooms, new external façade, carpet flooring, lighting and decoration.

The pool area required a complete redesign of the mechanical systems, resulting in a far more efficient and economical system with a heat recovery option to further reduce the operating costs. The fire services and some structural portals needed to be replaced due to the caustic atmosphere. On completion of the major works, a general redecoration was undertaken with aquatic quality paints and membranes where required.


Project Management for the refurbishment of Courtenay Central, Napier, Hastings, Porirua, Coastlands, Queenstown and Invercargill. Base build and fitout of cinemas at The Palms, Christchurch and Reading Dunedin.


Project Management.  Seismic strengthening of Eagle Technologies House located in central Wellington.
