Senior Project Manager / Cost Manager

Paul has over 25 years onsite and offsite Contract Administration and Development/Construction/ Project Management experience on civil works, industrial, interior fitout works, commercial and residential projects in Wellington, Auckland and Taupo and brief international experience in Singapore.

As a Senior Project Manager/Cost Manager, Paul is experienced in taking a high level of responsibility on large projects. This includes accountability for financial controls and performance.

His approach is underpinned by an ability to build excellent working relationships with contractors, suppliers and specialist contractors. He has also earned a reputation for being strongly collaborative, including with Architects, Professional Design Consultants, Quantity surveyors, local authorities, finance brokers and banking institutions.

Paul has extremely good knowledge of computer software packages (such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Project, Cheops, IPM, Procore and Citrix Sharefile), and their use to support information sharing and security. Paul is open minded and easy going and is of the firm belief that working as part of a team generates positive working environments and results.
